However, there have been recent concerns about the clinic's accessibility. Multiple attempts to contact the clinic over a two-week period resulted in unanswered phone calls and voicemails, making it challenging to recommend the business despite its potential for quality service. It is suggested that Grassland Animal Clinic improves their communication system to better serve their clients.

Doctor Allen is simply the most skilled and most compassionate veterinarian I have ever known.
We laughed with her and we cried with her. From the beginning of life to the end of life, she was always there for us. Please allow Ann to care for your animals.
Dr.Ann is the best! I love that the office is generally quiet and they typically only have one client at a time. Her extensive knowledge and patience go a long way and she always is sure to make us feel comfortable. So glad I was recommended to her!
