We took our sweet golden here less than a year ago for an annual check up after having a bad experience at another vet in town and absolutely loved it. Dr Bates was so amazing with him. Unfortunately we had to rush our Marley boy to the emergency vet and unexpectedly lost him. I received a sympathy card from Dr Bates herself and it meant the world to us. You can tell they truly care about the animals they see and we will absolutely be returning with our next pup. Their pricing is also very reasonable compared to other vets in town.
It's taken me a long time to be able to write this review, it's very over due but well deserved. We went out of town and left our sweet fur baby in the care of a rover sitter within 48 hours he very tragically passed away. The sitter brought him to this veterinary clinic and they held on to him for over a week till we were able to return. They took great care of him and even made us a paw print mold that we cherish so very much. I'm so extremely grateful to everyone here that helped us through the most awful tragic event that our family endured. I have been and will continue to recommend this place. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you again so much.
Our boy Theo passed away unexpectedly. Summer springs was amazing. The volunteers today were so loving and kind helping unload our boy and carry him inside. The staff is incredible. I couldn’t suggest a better place to take your babies. Thank you.
