He was very helpful in finding perfect flooring and guiding customers. He knew his flooring and highlighted features of different qualities of vinyl. He discerned issues with sound and directed customers to consider padding. He arranged to see flooring at a different store. He was courteous and a wealth of knowledge. He also discerned what might be an issue with sound and directed us to consider a padding. I got it. I wear sensitive hearing aids and sounds makes a big difference for quality of life. I bought their best.
