At 55 years old, I was not in great shape. I was overweight, working in a high-stress career, dealing with high blood pressure and diabetes, and my diet was poor. Coach Jermiah is great! Before starting FS&W, I was having shoulder and back pain and hadn't lifted weights regularly in nearly 20 years. Starting out working 2 days a week, I've made solid gains in strength and muscle tone in the last 10 months. I have a demanding work schedule and they are very flexible with rescheduling workouts when necessary.
We've been coming to Franklin Strength weekly for over 4 years! My daughter and son started in the Youth Strong program, and later my son and I transitioned to personal training with Chris. Chris is wonderful-so knowledgeable and motivating. He truly cares about helping each person he trains become stronger and healthier, both mentally and physically.
