Macy is a great personal trainer. She is patient, knowledgeable, and very kind. Chadwick's has the latest equipment and tools. I recommend them for anyone who is trying to get back on track with working out or anyone who has had previous injuries and needs assistance with re-establishing physical strength and agility.
Kasper is the best trainer. He is attentive, listens, and is metric driven and motivating. He is an athlete himself so he walks the walk and really understands athletic performance and injury recovery. The workouts are great and a ton of fun and I look forward to them every week. Highly recommend!
