Alex Hostetler was very knowledgeable, & personable. He met w/us to review the procedure Five Points uses in installing a new roof. He explained the process re: time needed to install the roof, when materials would be delivered, protection of shrubbery, etc., every effort to avoid infringement on neighbors during installation, how the procedure works in conjunction w/our homeowner’s insurance. Along w/answering every question we had, Alex sent us a list of homes w/roof shingles of the color we selected, & kept us updated on when the schedule would allow Five Points to start. Wyatt Wolfe was on site early on the day of installation, worked tirelessly along w/the crew to insure a first rate installation. Once installation was complete, Wyatt made sure that our lawn, side walk, driveway, porch rails, etc. were cleaned up & free of debris! He was very courteous, & a great representative for Five Points!! We appreciate the efforts of both these men, & will definitely recommend Five Points to our friends!!
Excellent customer service and communication, and the roof looks great. Darcy was our main contact and was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend.
