I was told my HVAC had a bad control board by my usual repair company. There was not a control board available anywhere in the area and the part was backordered from the company and no idea when it would be available. My only option for heat (it was 28 degrees last night) was a new $8,000 unit. I called Cloud's and explained my situation. He made some calls and came up with a control board. Kurt was referred to me several years ago by a friend. I've had him at the house twice to address some a/c issues with the first being a faulty capacitor on my unit and the second being a Freon leak. I found Kurt to be extremely responsive and VERY fair on price. He is honest with the work that needs to be done and does not try to up-sell you with additional products or services. Even with the possibility of having to replace the unit in the near future, he has not tried to get me to do something that is not cost effective. With the recent changes in the refrigerant, he explained what to expect in the near future and what may not be available. He actually educates the consumer so you can make the best decision possible.
