Beth, who apparently isn’t usually upfront, was extremely welcoming and pretty much took charge of my search for frames. Rather than just standing by and offering bit of input, she took it upon herself to go through all the frames, and select the ones that looked and fit the best. She knows her inventory, so She knew exactly what she was looking for based on the style that she felt would work best for me.
Over the past few years, I have seen this location, time and time again, but overlooked it, because at face value it looked like any other Franchise, chain location. Even though they were booked out for a month or so, I asked to be put on a cancellation list for certain days, they were able to contact me when they had a cancellation, and got me right in.
