“I had a wonderful experience for my first visit after leaving my order with the morning clerk, Cindy! Not so much the next afternoon on my lunch break when I went back to pick up to find the door had a sign on it saying that they were out for a bit. I waited for about 15 and gave up and had to go back the next morning. Clothes looked great. But people should be on time to work. Thank you Cindy for taking such great care of me both days! “The cleaners lost 5 of my pants and refused to intitially respond to my request for compensation or replacement. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau with a follow up letter. A month later they called me to tell me they had found my pants and said they would waive the dry cleaning charges for my trouble. I was satisfied with the result, but their initially response was poor. I am not sure what they would have done if they hadn't found my pants, but "All's well that ends well. Once they corrected the matter I will go back, they have a Wednesday 30% discount on dry cleaning, which is less than any other cleaner by far and I have used them for years. .“
