This is my first visit to this dry, clean supercenter in Bartlett. I was greeted by kindly man and he took care of everything and also wished me a Happy Thanksgiving. We don't give these teenage workers enough credit, he represented this business extremely well

Didn't have too many recent reviews but I still gave it a chance because I waited until the last minute I appreciate the staff's honestly in stating the ink stains in my white dress may not come out, but I was desperate and out of time. Although the stains weren't completely gone, it looked so much better! I will definitely be a returning when needed.

I buy and sell vintage goods, and I brought in some very old and fragile dresses that had numerous stains. The first go around, there were still some stains, so the owner actually took me into the back to show them to me, and asked that I give them another chance. I returned the next day, and he told me that because of the age of the items, he had been advised not to try anything more aggressive. At that point, he said he would refund my money. I was not expecting that at all! What fantastic customer service! He's earned my business for life.
