Literally walked up to the door and the employee locks the door in front of me. Seriously? Then had a time on the door that said "open till 7", another sign on a piece of paper that said "open till 6", and the store hours on Google maps saying "open till 7:30" ??‍♂️ First and last time coming here.

Really frustrating experience. Dropped off some drapes to be pressed and when we went to hang them (4 total) we realized they were still incredibly wrinkled. Called and spoke to management and was promised a call back, but that never happened. When we called to follow up we were offered a "credit" that was less than a quarter what we paid. Gave every chance for them to make it right and ended up sorely disappointed!

Another place that does not want to give you a receipt of the pieces you have left with them. Employees are extremely rude saying they are too busy to write down what you have given them. I had a total of 5 shirt and 2 slacks. That took me two seconds to type. It would have taken her less time to write that on the ticket.
