We came into this place not knowing what to expect. Some places are just there for business reasons. Our dad doesn’t speak great English to begin with so I was nervous with the appointment with him. When we came in, everyone was smiling and very friendly.
We got called to the back by the technician who was smiling big and waving to us. Christi made us feel so welcome, and she was very kind to our dad. Her patience with him was exceptional as we have been another places and they were never that patient with him. She explained everything from start to finish, very professional. I’ve never witnessed such a nice atmosphere from beginning to end at an eye center. The employees at this location are AMAZING. And go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and answer all of your questions. They deserve all of the stars.
