“This is THE dental office in Central Tennessee. Make no mistake!! I feel blessed to have bumped into the entire office staff. They are professional, and yet, down to earth human. I met Dr. Hintz and Erica due to a dental emergency due to pancreatitis and gastroparesis. He and Erica jumped into major dental restorative work co-working with Dr. Caldemeyer to begin major dental implant process. I cannot stress loudly enough how this dental office cares about its patients. I nearly cried. They didn't even know me since I was new to Cookeville. Erica knows the dental insurance industry well. She helped me to make financial decisions based on that knowledge. This dental office is very family-oriented and they look out for the patient. They are forward-thinking. Due to malabsorption, only a week after my first set of dental implants were permanently set, I needed emergency dental help on the other side of my mouth due to malabsorption. Once again, Dr. Hintz didn't hesitate to jump back in with a work-around until I could financially gain my footing to move forward with additional implants needed.
