Many HVAC companies are not honest when it comes to AC repair. Keith is a unicorn. If you don't need a new unit, he will tell you. I love the honesty and rapid response. I highly recommend his services!

Recently my wife and I had heating issues during the last cold snap we had. Mathew showed up next day to diagnose the unit. Although we had to have a new unit Keith set me up with financing and even offered enough space heaters to get us through until our unit came in. They installed our unit after it came in and we were back in action. I cant say enough about Keith Patterson's heating and cooling, they have serviced my stuff for 10 plus years and their customer service has not faltered once.

Keith is amazing. Our air went out yesterday (one of the hottest days of this year) and we were so worried it would be Monday before we would be able to get it looked at. I am a pulmonary patient and we have my elderly mother in law here. Keith was at our home early this morning and after traveling to get parts he had us up and running again. He definitely was a blessing. I wouldn't use anyone else! Thank you again.
