I called Monday evening stating that the unit wasn't cooling. They came the next day had it working by midday and was covered under the warranty. Their service has always been excellent!!!

McNeese heating came to check out my heating system today, Jan. 23, 2024. The guy was so nice! He explained my heating system and checked it out. There was nothing wrong with it & reassured me that he would be right out of there were any problems. I am so glad I can trust these people to be honest with me. Great job!

I was having issues maintaining heat during a brutal cold snap. McNeece fit me into their schedule the same day I called. The service guys were friendly, patient with my questions and got my issues addressed. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
