Our heating unit went out on one of the coldest days ever - and of course, when we had record snowfall. I called Anthony and honestly was expecting he would tell us he could come out some time after all the snow melted. Not too long after the call, I heard a knock on the door - it was Anthony! He trudged through the snow in our yard and immediately diagnosed the problem. Although he didn't have the needed part on hand, he ordered it that same day and in less than three days, we were up and running again. I'm sure it would have been faster had the part been available. Just wanted to show our appreciation for and that is Lindsey’s Service Company or Lindsey heating and air conditioning. Our 20+ year air conditioner finally gave up at our rental property. I must say that I have been in the trades for quite sometime and their customer service has left nothing to be desired. Not only did they come out and assess the unit at 7pm they had a new one installed in 3 days at a very fair and affordable price. Their crew lead Travis and his helper made short work of removing and reinstalling the new unit. They also set up portable a/c units while we waited the couple days to get the equipment at no charge.
