Great patient service from front desk staff member Kim Scott! I called in as a sick walk-in patient, and she immediately made the process smooth and stress-free. She explained that they already had several walk-ins and there would likely be a wait, but they would happily take care of me there.
Kim let me know there were appointment openings available at Northside Medical Columbia North and offered to schedule me there so I could be seen sooner. Instead of having me handle everything myself, she told me to simply call her once I arrived, and she would take care of the check-in process for me. I've had a lot of different doctors in my travels across several states and when moving back here started seeing Dr. Bart. She is exceptional in that she shows a genuine kindness and compassion as well as showing true interest in your health. The exam was not rushed and very thorough and I was listened to and treated with care and respect by her and her staff.
Love this place! Mrs Yentes is the absolute best. Ten stars if I could.
