“Knowing this was my first visit with Michele Augustin, FNP-C Nurse Practitioner, she was extremely helpful and very thorough! She let me talk and express my concerns due to why I was visiting. She explained options step by step and asked me if that is something I would like to do, instead of just saying she’s going to do this or that or just type on her laptop the whole time and sending me on my way. She let me talk and explain everything that I had been going through and experiencing the last year or so. She actually listened to me instead of looking at me like I was crazy or judging me. She also offered options that I didn’t think about til then. I felt very comfortable with her when expressing my concerns, feelings, etc and I’m very grateful that she treated me like I was someone and actually made me feel like she cared and made me feel like I was a real person instead of a test subject or just a number for the office or system. So if anyone is looking for a Dr this is a great place to go to! Because I’m definitely going to be a regular now!!”
