Family Pals has cremated two of our beloved boys. Their care and understanding from the moment you walk in the door and through the entire process is above and beyond. They give you time to ask any questions, to grieve and the beautiful service when you pick your pet up is so peaceful. Thank you so much for taking care of our boys.
Although the loss of our Foxy Lady was unbearable, to receive the BEAUTIFUL box with her image on it and her ashes, it has given us comfort that she is finally at home and without pain. Thank you, Family Pals for your excellent work. I will recommend your company to all my friends with fur babies.
They made a beautiful custom urn for me, there was an issue with what the box said (through no fault of their own) and I was in contact with Jen S., and she took care of the situation immediately, and promptly had the perfect one made for me. I could not have been happier with their services. It's been a hard time but Jen, and Family Pals, has eased the burden as much as possible.
