My forever love Onion has passed away June 6th and Family Pals has helped me through my grief. I have booked them a day or two before and the whole process was easy. When our family arrived they were waiting for us at the lobby. We dropped him off after a bunch of kisses on his nose and less than a week later he was ready to come home.
It is located within the actual funeral house so I was anxious to be honest about leaving him there for a week like what if they treat him less importantly because he is just an animal?
