“The facility is always clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Joe is my personal trainer and Addison is my wife’s personal trainer. Both are great at motivation and the plans they have set forth for us is an incredible workout. But they don’t stop there. They actually take the time to prepare meal plans for us to follow so that we receive the full benefits of the training process. I would recommend both of these guys to anyone who wants to change their appearance, eating habits or just looking for a better healthier lifestyle.“
