“Joe has serviced two units for me in last 3 weeks. He shows up when promised and contacts you when he is on his way. He guided me to replace a unit which was going to be costly to fix. He recently replaced the drain pump on my LG front loader. Joe knows his stuff, is an honest technician and has great customer service. I highly recommend Joe to everyone and definitely do not use the others around town as they are inflated because they don’t know what they are doing and have horrible customer service.
