Made a request online for a service call back. They called within an hour. I immediately got schedule that day. Bobby fixed the wash machine and examined the problem clearly. He gave me options on next steps and gave me exact quotes plus tax for each option. Bobby suggested a few other things to make sure the washer continued to run smoothly in the future. Joe has serviced two units for me in last 3 weeks. He shows up when promised and contacts you when he is on his way. He guided me to replace a unit which was going to be costly to fix. He recently replaced the drain pump on my LG front loader. Joe knows his stuff, is an honest technician and has great customer service. I highly recommend Joe to everyone and definitely do not use the others around town as they are inflated because they don’t know what they are doing and have horrible customer service. You will get better care and better service with Joe and he works fast! Everyone needs an appliance technician you can trust and Joe is your person.
