Drs Bain (GSDs) and Casey (Yorkie) are amazing and will go out of the way to accommodate pet nuances. The support staff is amazing and the entire operation is dialed in.“

“Update for the review I submitted previously- my disappointment with Bradley Veterinarian Hospital (BVH), has changed to impressed, appreciative, and relieved. The concern expressed by Dr. Lee Bancroft, after a less than satisfactory experience, demonstrates his dedication to the families that he serves. Impressed because of the persistence in determination to reach out to our family to make sure that Josie was getting better and to apologize. Appreciative because he didn’t have to care or reach out at all, but he does care and did reach out to us. Relieved because, as stated in the original post, BVH has always taken good care of Josie, and I did not want to try to find a new vet, when after several hours of research, my first choice had been BVH initially.
