“I had to make the heart wrenching decision in mid July to have my 16 year old fur baby euthanized. I called the clinic and made the appointment for July 20th and when we arrived the staff was so warm and kind. Everyone that we dealt with helped my husband and I through this hard process with total understanding and respect from the beginning to the end. They later mailed a card with condolences from the staff and enclosed was my dog’s nose and paw print which we will always cherish. Thank you to all the staff!”
