“Our new patient visit with Dr. Smith was fantastic. We recently lost a baby and were concerned about his litter mate/brother. She was very compassionate and talked me through all of the tests that could be done in office and referred us to a specialist for additional testing. She called me the next day with lab results and spent quite a bit of time talking to me about the results. She called again a few days later once she heard from a radiologist about some x-rays and plans moving forward. Again, she took the time to answer any questions I had. She also emailed me an article to read. Very thorough, very thoughtful, and very compassionate. For anyone new to town like us, I would definitely recommend Dr. Smith.“

“Really great people that didn't judge when I didn't have a lot of dough. I advise getting fecalTest and checked for fleas I had no idea my cat had it. Other tests I couldn't afford and I wasn't judged for that. 81$ for the exam“

“I cannot say enough good things about this place!!! The staff was absolutely outstanding, caring, and sooo helpful!!! They did not suggest a ton of random tests or up charge me for things that were unnecessary. They asked me what testings I was okay with and what I wanted for my cat. They were super great with my cat and helped him feel so much better! My cat was super sick when I went, and by the time I got home he was in good spirit and good health. I have never had a vet to be so thorough & spend so much time with my cats & I at EVERY visit as Dr Toumayan. I pay twice as much at other vets for far less than half the time & care. Her staff is wonderful as well!! I’ve been going to Cat Clinic of Chattanooga for a few years now & have nothing but praise for them!!“
