I called them up and they was out the next day. He explained everything in detail of what the gauges should be reading and that ours was way off. After a lil testing he found out the TXV was bad. He ordered the part and in 2 days he came out replaced the part, charged up the lines and was done. It now runs like a new system. It hasn’t ran like this in 2 years at least. Other companies told us there was nothing wrong with it. NEEDLESS TO SAY MOSELEY WILL BE THE ONLY ONES TO TOUCH OUR AC UNIT FOR NOW ON... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..Service: A/C system repair

You get treated like first class with this company. Christie in the office was very nice and helpful. Dale Moseley showed up to my house quickly. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He found a small problem with the unit and fixed it and cleaned up the unit for less than $100. He also found a small leak that could have become a large problem. Luckily he found that the unit was still under warranty and that saved me $1,200! I will recommend Moseley Heat and Air to everyone.

We had flooding in our crawl space and the tech came out multiple times to check on the flooding situation, free of charge, to help us make sure we could get out ac repaired asap. He and the receptionist were very kind and helpful and went above and beyond. And the price was so much less than we had expected to pay.
