They have really great customer service. I had a wonderful experience working with them. I highly recommend them and their services. I love my fridge and the technicians were delightful.

we had bought several appliances were always satisfied.we bought a washing machine it messed up still under warranty.I went by they set up a day pretty prompt .Paul came out fixed the problem very professional explained every thing .Great Tech.i would recommend L&B great people to work with.

We just bought our first appliance (a dryer) from L & B, and I'll never use a big box store again! Our dryer was here within 48 hours (could have been earlier, but my schedule didn't work). The delivery people were so nice and efficient. It was the most painless appliance delivery we've ever had! They gave us a window, called ahead like they said they were, and had it installed and running within a few minutes.
