“I found out about this clinic via google for I was researching a new optometrist clinic near me, here in Clarksville, TN., for context, I’m a senior and happily retired. So I drove myself to this place and I was glad to know that they open at 7:30 AM, unlike other businesses which usually start at 9, even 10, I imagine, with others. So came in at around 8ish hoping I can set up an appointment for testing and eventually a new pair of prescription glasses, and the front desk attendant, Brianna told me there’s an opening the following day at 9 AM which to my surprise because another clinic nearby that I went to yesterday told me that there’s a 1 month waiting period. So, I came back the following day as scheduled and was taken in promptly. Matthew, the optometric assistant was pleasant and professional, did the initial prep work. Dr. Murray, who I believe was the optometrist followed suit with the testing and after a few minutes led me to another area where Brittany who I believe was the optician sat me down to help translate and explain to me Dr. Murray’s initial testing, frame styling, measurements, etc…and told me that I will be notified in about 2 weeks for my new prescription glasses, give or take a few. After exactly 1 week, I got a text telling me that my glasses is ready for pick up. And let me tell you, I couldn’t be happier with the results, the whole experience was fantastic that I already set up an appointment for prescription testing for next year!“
