Just had the most pleasant experience at Sites Vision Clinic! I had not set myself up with an eye doctor here in Clarksville yet so last night when I crushed my glasses accidentally I had a slight panic attack worrying about getting some new frames since I need my glasses. I looked up eye doctors and saw Sites had good reviews so I called this morning to see if they had an opening and luckily they did and they said they would try to take my old lenses and into a new frame! Sites clinic is wonderful. I walked in today without an appointment with an eye infection and they saw me no questions asked. I really didn’t expect them to make those accommodations and expected to have to make an appointment. I’ve been a patient there for over a decade and am so pleased with the concern for my unplanned visit. Dr. B. Murray, Tina, and Matthew are the staff members that I’ve had dealings with and they are friendly, helpful, & personable. I would highly recommend them. I had a fantastic experience at Sites Vision clinic. Everyone there was kind, thorough and fully explained the process and my options. I never felt rushed or silly for asking questions. I highly recommend this office.
