Fantastic work, and great guys to work with. This was a new home in 2021. Hawkins and Hawkins built it, all in all it was just what we needed. Dawson & Dawson installed my 2 air and heating units when this house was built. Then for the last 3 years (in a roll) they came- and check out the upstairs unit, and just kept adding Freon all the while telling me they could not find any leaks. I hired DOC Heating and Cooling they immediately found 4 leaks and found where the duck work was not seal correctly.

So happy that finally - year #4 my air conditioner upstairs will work great. I highly recommend DOC Heating and Cooling .“

“This is the 2nd time we have used All American Air. 2nd time being Tuesday 8/22/23 when it appeared our unit which services our 3rd level of our home didn’t seem to be cooling as it normally had been. I called the office the next morning ( as advised by Amy Conn). Deborah answered the phone and said she had a note from owner and she was just getting ready to call me ( it was 8 am). They had a service tech out by 9am; “Will” who was very personable, we received messages, letting us know he was on his way. He checked the unit outside and also in the attic that calls the third level, he was very honest, said he couldn’t find a leak, we paid the service fee for the visit, which we feel was a fair charge. While my husband is retired from the industry, the evening before, he was able to make some adjustments, and Will, sad it appears to be fine now, it could be a very small leak in the refrigerant line, please call us back if you have any other problems. And we absolutely will. We used the services of Lyndon Conn’s All American Air business two years ago. And were pleased, at the time as well. That is how we came to know this family who operates the business. But we do truly use their services and have been very happy.
