Thank you Justice, Nick, Jett and Dalton! This crew of 4 young men came on a Saturday at 7 am and didn’t leave until 5:30 pm. That’s 10 1/2 hours! Only because nothing on this house can ever be easy. The upstairs unit (42 yrs old) clearly had the closet built around it. So they had to break the old unit down into pieces in order not to damage the door frame and walls. Kudos to them!
The whole two HVAC units install was done with care and respect of our property. They worked hard, no slack, no breaks (except for a short lunch break) I’m so impressed.
We’ve used One Hour in past years for service calls. Always felt like they care about their customers. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable.“

Fantastic work, and great guys to work with. This was a new home in 2021. Hawkins and Hawkins built it, all in all it was just what we needed. Dawson & Dawson installed my 2 air and heating units when this house was built. Then for the last 3 years (in a roll) they came- and check out the upstairs unit, and just kept adding Freon all the while telling me they could not find any leaks. I hired DOC Heating and Cooling they immediately found 4 leaks and found where the duck work was not seal correctly.

So happy that finally - year #4 my air conditioner upstairs will work great. I highly recommend DOC Heating and Cooling .“

“I'm a home warranty customer so tbh Air Essentials wasn't my go to( because i didnt know of them) when we realized our system just isn't working and we need help, long story short home warranty company sent Air Essentials, they were booked, weather is bad, now I'm stressed because my house is freezing and it's looking like DAYS before we get help, amazingly they were able to come out within a few hrs, Brett showed up Mid evening, greeted my young adult son with respect( I'm a night shifter, so was asleep) and went to work, within a short time, problem discovered and heat restored, I'd awoken by this time and again was greeted politely and respectfully, problem was explained in detail among a few other things. “I've used Affordable Aire on my home and rental home. They are fair, honest, reasonably priced, and stand behind their work. On one of our units the compressor was leaking coolant, we thought we needed a new AC system. Tad said let's try the sealant first before spending a lot of money on replacement.
