West HVAC is a great company. Mr. West was at my home within 2 hours from the time I called to make an appointment. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired the issue very quickly. Not only is he knowledgeable and works quickly, he is extremely reasonable when it comes to price. I highly recommend West HVAC to anyone. We won't use anyone else.
Mr. Ted and his employees are absolutely amazing. No one wants to hear that they have to replace their entire AC unit. Especially with the brutal summer we were having. My boyfriend and I had received a quote from another company that had me cringing. I just knew we were in trouble. I posted on Facebook, asking for reputable companies to come and give a second opinion/quote and made some calls. Mr. Ted was AMAZING. He fit me in, same day to come take a look. Not only did he quote an extremely reasonable price, but he is a very genuine and nice guy. It turns out we needed a new breaker as well (something that was unexpected). During the worst heat of the summer, West HVAC responded to my call in less than 24 hours and had my unit back working in no time.Then, when it was time to replace my unit, West HVAC gave me an incredibly reasonable quote to replace both the upstairs and downstairs units.
