I'm a home warranty customer so tbh Air Essentials wasn't my go to( because i didnt know of them) when we realized our system just isn't working and we need help, long story short home warranty company sent Air Essentials, they were booked, weather is bad, now I'm stressed because my house is freezing and it's looking like DAYS before we get help, amazingly they were able to come out within a few hrs, Brett showed up Mid evening, greeted my young adult son with respect( I'm a night shifter, so was asleep) and went to work, within a short time, problem discovered and heat restored, I'd awoken by this time and again was greeted politely and respectfully, problem was explained...read full review

Fast and knowledgeable with their work. Explained everything that went wrong showed me what wasnt working and how it was suppose to once it was fixed. Respectful and nice worker helped me i think his name was brent

Was very professional and figured out the problem pretty quickly since it was a low voltage problem. Nice trick using a relay to find the problem. Hats off to ya.Service: HVAC system repair
