Barney's Heating and Air in Clarksville, TN is the best. They are very knowledgeable and kind, and they will use them again for sure. They handled an AC repair that had been nursed along since the first warm week of April, diagnosing a failing contactor, replacing it quickly, and checking the refrigerant level and capacitor. The system has been running quietly and efficiently ever since, and the price was fair for everything addressed in a single visit. The entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. They were quick to respond, showed up on time, and were incredibly professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure the job was done right the first time. They assessed everything honestly, explained what needed attention and what was fine, and the repairs made an immediate difference. For an AC tune up, they were on time and thorough with no upsell pressure, flagging early wear on the capacitor before it became an emergency. They are honest and reliable, and they absolutely deliver.

We are absolutely blown away by Barney's Heating and Air. We called on a Sunday afternoon that our A/C was out and he was there within an hour. He came and got it fixed and educated us on how to keep it from happening again. The price was the least we have ever paid for A/C service and it was on a weekend!
