The team was highly proficient and competent in their workmanship skills, very professional in their customer service skills, and their work ethic was highly superior. They exhibited professionalism and were very knowledgeable for the task at hand. The Schwartz Construction team brought dreams to a beautiful reality, working in extreme heat and around torrential rainfalls to provide quality service. They went the extra mile in looking for hard to find matching Trex railing and used a pvc wrap with dark brown matching paint for large posts. Customers are enjoying new outdoor living spaces.
I am leaving a five star review of Schwartz Construction for the following reasons. Craftsmanship, communication, and professionalism. The quality of my finished deck, adherence to timeliness, and crew behavior.
My old deck was replaced with pressure treated lumber. The framing is solid. The deck boards are perfectly spaced. The railings were meticously installed. The clean stair construction shows an attention to detail.
The new deck is structurally sound. Code compliance went above and beyond. My stairs are so much better now. I appreciate the extra railing. It makes ir easier and so much safer.

We had a patio cover installed/attached to our home. Not only did they install it within the time frame we needed due to having company coming from out of town, they also were very professional. Travis explained the whole process start to finish and they had it completed in a day and a half. They arrived on time each day and went straight to work. We are very happy with the way it turned out and will definitely be using this company for any future projects.
We are extremely happy with the work done by Schwartz Construction Solutions. We had repairs done to gutters, soffits, and replacement of screens on the porch. They also built a deck extension with stairs that is perfectly beautiful! From the first meeting with Travis to the finished project, the experience was amazing. The crew was professional, courteous and did everything we asked of them. Occasionally I would go outside to observe, and even their conversations with each other were polite and respectful, talking about their families and their children.
