“I’ve been going to Justine almost every 6 weeks for 90 min massages for a few years now. She is amazing (and I am a massage therapist junkie, so it took me a while to find the right fit and now that I have, I’m hesitant to write a review bc I’m kinda territorial over her. Haha)!I have had several spine surgeries and she really takes good care of me. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the anatomy of the body and works on muscles I didn’t even know were problem areas. Her studio is easy in and out with no fuss. Love the table warmer too! Ha! We do cupping every so often too, and I really enjoy that. This lady is fantastic and works on all the professional athletes in Nashville (Vandy, Titans) etc, so you know she’s the real deal. Thanks again for always making me feel so refreshed when I leave, I’m forever grateful to you, Justine!”

“10 years ago I had surgery on both hips due to chronic pain from hip dysplasia. The surgeries definitely got rid of the pain, but brought on a new set of unexpected symptoms. I've tried PT, chiropractic, yoga, strength training, dance, etc. Nothing was working the way I needed it to. I decided to go see my long time friend, Kaylee Cahoon, to get her advice and help. After just one appointment, I could see a huge difference! Both of my legs feel lighter and easier to lift. I just can't believe it. I was really depressed over the way I was feeling. Now I have a new sense of excitement and happiness at the prospect of finally getting rid of these symptoms! Kaylee is honest, intelligent and easy to talk to about your issues. I highly recommend SMARTcore Method!”
