Undoubtedly the absolute best place to go for a massage! Lily is an amazing massage therapist, speaks and understands perfect English, always checking to see if pressure is good and truly cares. She is an expert at her job! I’ve been to many places in the Nashville vicinity and is is far and away better than any other therapist. I promise you will not be disappointed!

I can honestly say this was the BEST massage I’ve ever had. Everyone at Sensation is so friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience was relaxing from start to finish.
The spa is incredibly clean, professional, and well-kept, which made me feel comfortable right away. The staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience.

I just finished a 60-minute massage at Sensation Day Spa on 8th Avenue, and it was quite possibly the best massage I’ve ever had in my life! From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The location is incredibly convenient with very prompt, easy, and free parking right in their lot—which is a massive plus for this area.
As for the massage itself, it was absolutely incredible. The therapist used perfect, deep pressure and provided fantastic, thorough coverage. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. The professionalism and quality here are top-notch. I will absolutely be back. If you are looking for an exceptional massage, look no further! 💖💖💖
