An absolutely exquisite and restorative experience! This is a hidden gem and I don't know why I didn't know about this place until now.
The staff were very knowledgeable and caring. The salt cave was so beautiful and serene. The atmosphere was very calming and my partner said he felt relaxed immediately after we entered the salt cave. We got reflexology in the salt cave and that was the best reflexology ever!! OMG, what a peaceful and healing place this is! I have been feeling stressed and anxious lately with a lot of things going on in my life and was looking for a place where I can get reflexology and restore some fatigue. From the start to finish, I was so impressed how professional and attentive the staff were. I got a reflexology in the salt cave. I have never done salt therapy and this room is built with tons of pink Himalayan salt and it was just so beautiful. You sit on zero gravity chair and breathe in salt air that is supposed to help to clear up your respiratory system and calm your nervous system. THIS HIDDEN GEM IS INCREDIBLE. I’m someone who it is very rare that I can genuinely relax and stay relaxed but wow salt and soles is a God send!!! Finally I feel calm and Initially, I went in for concerns around my foot and my foot is feeling so much better as well!! Amazing experience, I certainly intend to keep this a part of my routine.
