“I stopped in today (12/20/2024) without an appointment because I had severely damaged/bent my glasses which I purchased several years ago from Conn Vision. I had no idea whether or not they could be repaired. The staff member at the front desk quickly called another person who looked at the frame and offered to try to straighten, with the caveat that they could be broken in the process. Regardless, I couldn’t wear them, therefore, opted for the repair attempt. Within about 30 minutes, my glasses were repaired which saved me a substantial amount of money!
