“I stopped in today (12/20/2024) without an appointment because I had severely damaged/bent my glasses which I purchased several years ago from Conn Vision. I had no idea whether or not they could be repaired. The staff member at the front desk quickly called another person who looked at the frame and offered to try to straighten, with the caveat that they could be broken in the process. Regardless, I couldn’t wear them, therefore, opted for the repair attempt. Within about 30 minutes, my glasses were repaired which saved me a substantial amount of money! “Dr. McNeely and her staff are friendly and efficient. Pleasant experience from the first phone call, to walking out the door. Dr. McNeely is detailed and really cares about her patients. I left a message for an appointment and was called back at a timely manner. I understand this is a small office and sometimes one person is running the front desk and pretesting. This takes a lot of talent and multitasking!In reference to another review, I understand in the state of Tennessee, by law, Optometrists are to write a contact lens prescription to expire after a year and glasses can be 1-2 years. I personally would prefer a doctor who cares about my eye health since contact lenses are technically a medical device and can be dangerous if they don’t fit properly. Eyes can’t be replaced.“

“Showed up to pick up repaired glassed during out to lunch window for the office. Had a small window to get and would have had to sit there 45 min to wait for office to reopen but Jeff came out side door just as I was about to leave and I got his attention. He was so nice and willing to help me and took care of me on his lunch break. Thank you Jeff for going the extra mile to take care of me. Really appreciate your dedication.“
