“Thomas was great , he returned my call in just a few hours. He worked me in that day and showed up at 7:45pm, when other companies would be closed. He had my unit fixed within 30mins. I really can't comment on price, because things like this always vary. But my unit is over 22yrs old, so if it can still be fixed and not totally replaced, then I'm happy. Very nice guy and I highly recommend his services. I will tell my neighbors and friends about him. Other HVAC companies were booked out 2-3 weeks, so glad I found Magister Mach. This thing weighs a hair over a half ounce but, based on experience, I’m prepared to see a shipping cost of about $15. To my surprise shipping is free. Ordered on Sunday, received on Wednesday. It works perfectly. I call that great service. Highly recommend!“
