“Furnace kept started and stopping every few minutes so I called Ricker to check it out. After a lot of back and forth to determine why it was found to have a small crack in the heat exchanger. With the furnace being at least 20 years old we opted to replace it. Wesley came out and gave us a very reasonable quote for a new Trane unit and informed us that the AC unit seemed fine and didn't need to be replaced at this time. His guys Aaron and Corey showed up a few days later with Wesley he went over the scope of work with them and then turned them loose! They had the old unit out and new unit installed and running in a little over 4 hours! They also made the pipe work and wiring look much neater and installed new metal ductwork that I had requested instead of flex duct. They were courteous, neat and respectful, even making sure that our cats did not get outside or in their way. The temperature only dropped 4 degrees inside the house the entire time they here!
