“During our very first vet visit with our first puppy, the team was wonderfully helpful and put us immediately ease. They made Birdie feel so comfortable, thoroughly checked our girl, and even offered us advice for crate training. It's hard to know if places will live up to the hype based on reviews, but this one absolutely did!“
“Outstanding from the scheduling and communication, to visit, and after visit follow-up. Reasonable prices and very convenient location will keep me coming back - highly recommend (had general cat care visit for my new kitten). the laid back atmosphere and exam room with cat toys and treats! Agree.“
“Outstanding. Hyper specialized on cats, but if you have a cat they're probably the best.Update: still going. Provide the best care possible for cats. If anything, you have to hold them back, lol.“
“Always available, more budget friendly than most which I really appreciate, friendly staff, clean space!“
“Every time I've taken my cat in for a regular check up and shots, or a sick check up I have been greeted with such kindness and this detail is really appreciated when you have to bring in a sick pet and you're worried. The staff is extremely caring, understanding, and attentive, and you can tell they honestly want to take care of your animal and get them feeling better.“
“Dr. Sewell is so kind and does a great job of explaining what is happening and aftercare at home.“
“I've been to 2 locations so far, Cool Springs and Spring Hill. Both experiences were very good. Their kind staff is very concerned with how a pet feels during the visit. My cat is not a very nice patient but they treated her with understanding, patience and empathy. The payment plan is very helpful but I'd go there even without one offered. I drive an hour to get to the Cool Springs location and it's worth every minute.“
“Great quick care for my cat. Felt very confident in their procedures and practice, as well as safe with overnight care of my animals.“
“A to Z perfect care. Met up n parking area. Escorted to room. Great TLC. Doc came in. Reviewed problem. Explained choices. Off to receptionist. Really pleasant. VERY reasonable fee included evaluation, treatment, meds WONDERFUL.“
“I absolutely love this place great vet, great staff. I'm so glad that I found this wonderful veterinary clinic.“
“We've used this vet for over 10 years now and they are so friendly and good with our pets. They do a great job of getting us in when there is an emergency besides our regular visits and they genuinely care about our pets. I highly recommend them.“
“I have been going to doctor Wyatt for about 5 years now. He's really a great dr. He's done major surgery on my angel and saved her life. I just love his staff. Very compassionate. Ty for all u do.“
“The entire place is charming. Great staff! Awesome Vet! Wish I started going here years ago.“
“Care is excellent - staff is excellent - pricing is very fair - i am very impressed with this office and the people inside. My Oscar was mauled by another dog and they got me in and got him taken Care of !! Thanks to Both Amanda's and Doctor“
“So we're not big into doctors or vets. We just stay healthy and don't fuss with meds. However my cat has been a little TOO protective of our land and our neighbors cats has been wrestled, chased, attacked and treed too, too many times. So we took him in today to get re-shot (there's better words but you get it) To be honest this is not our first visit to Clovercroft. Our Great Dane boy needed something back in October of 2020. I honestly can't remember what was wrong but I HATED the COVID practice of not allowing pet owners inside. So I probably would've given a 3 star since I had zero contact with doctor and I couldn't be in the room while my boy was getting poked and prodded. It felt horrible for both of us. But now they've opened their office and I have a considerable amount of peace with the matter. Another of our animals (a cat) went in a couple months ago for an infected abscess and our experience was very very good. Things to note: Staff is pleasant and professional Doctors are kind and informative The space is super clean and well decorated. It does matter for some of us! The bathroom facilities are clean as well I just give them a big fat thumb up. (I'm a one thumb kinda gal) hope you enjoy your experience. Tell them Blu sent you. Just kidding they won't remember me! Blessings, friends!!!!“
“Grassmere is always a pleasure. They 'get' greyhound issues. They are patient, kind, and Farley always feels at home (even when poked and prodded). They are quick to get us in and out, but ask all the questions. We couldn't be happier with our treatment by all their staff and Drs.“
“We have been very pleased with Dr Sullivan and his staff for our labradoodle. Very common sense, responsive, and caring. When we need an appointment, they have availability.“
“My dog loves the groomer she always does just what we ask. A tad expensive but you get what you pay for. The Vet is very nice and seems to care about her.“
“Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Never seen my dog warm up to a vet so quickly.“
“I have nothing but wonderful things to say about McCormick Animal Clinic. Both Doctor McCormick and Dr. Hillary were so attentive and caring. Our senior dog Lazar got very sick with a respiratory infection. I couldn’t afford hospitalization, so Dr. McCormick said I could transport him daily and they cared for and medicated him - this was a last ditch effort. After 5 days of this impromptu acute care and hand feeding, Lazar turned the corner. A bit of a miracle and it’s given me an xtra few quality years with my best friend. I will always be so grateful! You can trust these folks - they’re exceptional.“
“They're so awesome caring and accommodating! Would not take either of my two dogs amy where else. Been with them 4 years now.Love them!!“
“Hello to staff and Dr King DVM.Yes incredible staff and Doctor of Animals big & small.Although patience is his virtue I suggest making an appointment due his enormous popularity. Thanks to happy staff & The King “
“I am so grateful for Doctor Clark and all the great techs and staff over at Grassmere. I had a suspicion something was going on with little Moo since we moved cross country, and of course, what I thought was one thing turned out to be something much scarier. I was worried that she hurt herself while I was out over the weekend, but I had a general feeling that she wasn't feeling well overall, perhaps depressed. However, It turned out she has a heart murmur that's gotten worse over the years and a heart that is right on the edge of being enlarged, so we caught it in time to take action and try to minimize her symptoms as much as possible as well as get medications and see if there is anything else reasonable we can do. I know it isn't much you can do regarding this sort of thing, but they were so sweet and professional here. Dr. Clark even messaged me on Sunday before coming in on Monday for an appointment so that we could get her in immediately, so I didn't have to wait three or four days like everywhere else. As a dog mom, knowing something was wrong with my girl and not knowing what, I couldn't watch her struggle for 3-4 more days, not knowing what the culprit was but couldn't afford a trip to the ER. The care and compassion at this place, as well as the same urgency I felt about getting her in, were very evident. This is the kind of care one would hope to get from a vet as a long-time loyal patient, and it was my first visit. There was also no long wait like I'm used to at other wet offices. We sat in the waiting room for less than 10 minutes and were seen promptly. Moo isn't the biggest fan of vet visits in general, but this is the most comfortable I have ever seen her at a vet's office. And I love that I could stay with her the whole time. I don't like dropping her off and leaving the system because she is tiny and easily terrified. I cannot say thank you enough to Dr. Clark, Dianne, and everyone over there who was so wonderful to Moo and me yesterday. We love and appreciate you. thank you for taking such good care of us, and we will definitely see you again.“
“I took my foster dog Lady to Dr. Butler today. At first I was a little concerned that he was the only one there and the building was a bit dated. Three minutes into our conversation and I was at total ease. He is an old school vet that does things the old fashioned right way. They only accept cash or checks to stay away from credit card charges. I felt likenI stepped back in time between his super sweet demeanor and way of doing things. He is a rare find and I pray I get to foster many more dogs to have him care for.“
