“My wife and I have shopped at Jack Raby Optical for at least 18 years. Donna is incredible at getting us the glasses we need. The service afterwords is great. 2 other ladies are also there to help. I have had lens replaced while under warranty by the other employees. The turn around is quick. I suggest trying Jack Raby Optical . They are more than fair on being a local down home business on prices.“

“I was so pleased with my visit. I went in for an eye exam and it went smoothly. Beth, who apparently isn’t usually upfront, was extremely welcoming and pretty much took charge of my search for frames. Rather than just standing by and offering bit of input, she took it upon herself to go through all the frames, and select the ones that looked and fit the best. She knows her inventory, so She knew exactly what she was looking for based on the style that she felt would work best for me.
Over the past few years, I have seen this location, time and time again, but overlooked it, because at face value it looked like any other Franchise, chain location. “Dr. Winston and his entire staff has been extremely helpful. They were friendly and all extremely knowledgeable. Even though they were booked out for a month or so, I asked to be put on a cancellation list for certain days, they were able to contact me when they had a cancellation, and got me right in. They have also helped my 4 year old daughter with her vision, and she is loving her glass. 10/10 would recommend!“
