I have bought 4 pair of glasses from Walmart. 2 pair in 2025 and 1 pair in 2026 the first pair several years ago. 2 pair of the sunglasses broke. The year warranty was out. I came in upset over the last pair breaking. I had them 19 months. I was hateful and should not have been. I talked to Curtis Phillips and he was so kind. Even my prescription was too old. He suggested he could put new lenses in new frames that were exactly what I had for a price. I was so happy. He was wonderful. I went away very satisfied and will continued getting my glasses there. Maryville TN. Highway 411. Mr Phillips was a life saver. Great employee.
The lady that helped me was knowledgeable, kind and patient with me while explaining the difference between things I had questions about. I got more for my money here then with my eye Dr center. Bonus less than a week new glasses are in! Picking up soon! If theres any issues I will redo the review.
Couldn't be happier. Dr Moore did a good job. Very friendly. Went out front for the glasses. Great selection, skilled and friendly sales folk. I highly recommend Walmart on 411.
