Bought parts from Davies in the past, stopped in at the new shop and the guy behind the counter tells me they no longer sell to the public and I need to have the work done by a certified technician, I am certified. He didnt offer any help as to where I could go or who to see. So I went to their competition, bought it. Would be nice if they posted a major change like that.

Called for a price for a 5 ton roof unit with heat ten days ago and again 5 days ago and still no response!!! Have been in the hvac/r trades for 30 years and never experienced such poor service!!!

I have been a customer for over 10 years. Since the new owner, Master Group (master.ca), bought Davies this year the prices have skyrocketed. A pleated Aerostar furnace filter (16x25x2) went from 9.00 to 18.00 plus tax with no explanation or justification. I was also told that this company will restrict purchases to contractors only to allow for even higher mark-ups for the consumer. Be warned... this company is no longer the Davies that Saskatoon knew and loved... it's a greedy new big corporation that will charge you double for your supplies, if you can even purchase them, and more through contractors. I would give them zero stars if i could. Online buying is our only option now, and i can buy the filters for 9.00 each shipped to my door by the case.
