We went with Innovative for our new RTM home and we are SO grateful for their incredible work. They did a lot for us including water works, duct work, furnace and water heater install, as well as gas lines for our appliances, etc. Every person we interacted with went above and beyond, answered all of our questions, made sure to explain our options, and showed us how to use our new set up. Innovative is awesome! Scott and Kevin were able to get me in for a major repair at a very competitive price and quickly!
I needed a major plumbing repair on an older house that involved cutting up the concrete floor. Not only were they quick, we had almost no downtime on plumbing while they were working! They were also great to work with, Kevin worked with my Concrete Subcontractor with no problems (Thanks Kevin!) and I had to do no extra work besides getting them in touch with each other. Then at the end of the very messy job, they had the house as clean if not cleaner than when they showed up! If I could give 6/5 stars I would.
