I almost didn’t end up getting my appointment because there was a mix-up with the booking and when I got there the place looked closed, so I was sitting in my car feeling super disappointed and had actually booked somewhere else. But about 15 minutes later someone arrived, unlocked the door, and was SO apologetic and kind about everything. She offered to take me immediately, so I cancelled my other appointment and stayed, and I’m really glad I did.
The whole experience was amazing and so relaxing. My scalp feels incredible, my hair is sooo soft, and my skin felt ridiculously smooth after. The head massage was probably my favourite part. Also one of the best...read full review
