I’ve never felt so welcomed at a Chatters before!! This location is the best in Regina by far!! The staff were so helpful and knew the products inside and out. The hair dressers were amazing and took time to understand your needs/wants for your hair. Definitely no complaints here!!Services: Hair coloring
