“Super happy with my appointment with Mackenize today! I was nervous to have my layers fixed after a not-so-awesome haircut I had done elsewhere a few months ago. She listened to me and gave me exactly what I was looking for, and also knew how to handle thick and curly hair. I couldn't believe how she cut, washed, dried and styled my hair in just over an hour. “I started going to Tangles for PCOS hair removal for my face and even though it took more appointments because of my condition I am heading to what could be my final appointment!! They have been nothing but kind and caring everytime I come in and for the very first time for the 4 different times in my life I’ve had laser hair removal, it’s finally worked!! I use to have to shave every other day and as of this month there are only a few spots left of my entire face that I have to shave at all and it’s only once a month the rest of my face (about 90 percent) is fully hair free for 3 weeks plus!“

I recently had an appointment booked with Bradley (@bradleythefadegod), but life happened and I had to cancel at the last minute. The lady I spoke with on the phone (apologies, I didn’t catch her name) was incredibly helpful. She explained the policy clearly, then put me on hold to check with Bradley directly. Bradley was very gracious and approved the cancellation, and my refund was processed immediately since I had prepaid.

That level of understanding and customer care means a lot.

“I almost didn’t end up getting my appointment because there was a mix-up with the booking and when I got there the place looked closed, so I was sitting in my car feeling super disappointed and had actually booked somewhere else. But about 15 minutes later someone arrived, unlocked the door, and was SO apologetic and kind about everything. She offered to take me immediately, so I cancelled my other appointment and stayed, and I’m really glad I did.

The whole experience was amazing and so relaxing. My scalp feels incredible, my hair is sooo soft, and my skin felt ridiculously smooth after. The head massage was probably my favourite part. Also one of the best spa beds/setup I’ve experienced lol. There was support under my legs so my lower back never started hurting like it normally does during longer appointments.

The woman who did my treatment was incredibly sweet and had such a calming presence. You could tell she really knew what she was doing. Even with the rough start, I left feeling relaxed and genuinely taken care of. I’d definitely go back.“
