“I must say that after reading the negative reviews I almost talked myself out of bathfitter Regina. However this was my 4th bathfitter tub. Purchased 1 in St Catharine's Ontario and 2 more in Sarnia & Chatham.

Regina installers were very good and only interested in doing the job properly. It's their family business and have a hard time believing they would not honor a warranty issue. I found everyone to be nice.

This job was different because my tub was plastic and they could not copy or cover with a liner. Tub was removed, drywall repaired, plumbing upgraded and entire install took 4hrs to complete. Try find a contractor to do that ...
