Ended up finding out the issues were more related to a burnt-out furnace part and a wrongly wired-in thermostat. These guys do our annual maintenance and are always awesome to deal with. I needed a major plumbing repair on an older house that involved cutting up the concrete floor. Not only were they quick and we had almost no downtime on plumbing they were also great to work with.
